Rüya İstanbul: A brand-new restaurant where you discover the spirit of Anatolia with modern touches. Rüya İstanbul invites its guests to an unforgettable dinner feast with a menu that sophisticatedly interprets the classics of the rich Anatolian cuisine — stretching from the Mediterranean to the Black Sea — with modern and fresh touches.
Bellini: Located in the palace building and bringing guests together with the distinguished flavours of Italian cuisine, Bellini offers an unforgettable dinner experience with a menu carefully prepared by Sicilian chef Giovanni Vaccaro.
